bs96 Banking: Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Wallet
This page covers every money operation on your bs96 account — from funding your wallet to requesting a payout and checking your transaction history. Touch 'n Go eWallet is the primary deposit route here: you find it in the Cashier section immediately after login, sitting at the top of the payment list. GrabPay appears as a clean alternative on the same screen. For bank-channel funding, FPX online banking is also listed under the same Cashier tab. Before you action any transfer, read the deposit section to confirm the minimum amount displayed in your account, then move to the withdrawal section for the payout path.
Every deposit and withdrawal on bs96 moves through layers of account-level protection. Before a transaction is processed, the system checks that the wallet sending funds matches the name registered on your account. This wallet-ownership check is not a barrier — it is the mechanism that keeps your balance under your control alone. If anything looks out of place on a transaction, our Malaysia support team is reachable through the Help channel shown at the bottom of every account page.
Domain Integrity
Always access your account through bs96. The address shown in your browser bar is the first thing to check before entering any login credential or initiating a deposit from your Touch 'n Go eWallet or GrabPay.
Identity Verification
Before your first payout, we ask for a copy of a valid Malaysian identity document. This step ties your account to a real identity, protecting your balance from unauthorised withdrawal requests.
Wallet Ownership Match
The Touch 'n Go eWallet or GrabPay account used to deposit must belong to the same person who registered the bs96 account. Mismatched names flag a review before any funds are moved.
Support Channel
The Help icon on your account page connects you to our Malaysia support team. For any transaction query — delayed credit, pending withdrawal or verification question — open that channel first and quote your transaction reference.
FUNDING YOUR ACCOUNT
Depositing Funds into Your bs96 Account
Adding funds starts the moment you open the Cashier tab in your bs96 account. Touch 'n Go eWallet sits at the top of the payment list because it is the route our Malaysia account holders use most — the flow moves from our Cashier directly into the app on your phone, so there is no manual bank-transfer step in between. GrabPay follows the same in-app redirect pattern if you prefer to keep your deposit activity inside the Grab ecosystem. FPX online banking is available for those who fund directly from a Malaysian bank account through the standard FPX gateway.
Login and Open Cashier
Sign in at bs96, then tap the Cashier icon at the top of your account dashboard. The full list of active deposit methods appears on that screen.
Select Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay or FPX
Choose your preferred method. Selecting Touch 'n Go eWallet or GrabPay opens a redirect to the respective app. Choosing FPX takes you to the standard online banking gateway for your Malaysian bank.
Enter Amount and Confirm
Key in the amount within the limits shown on that screen. Review the summary, then confirm. The payment app or bank page handles the final authorisation step.
Balance Update Confirmed
Once the wallet or bank side confirms the transaction, the amount is added straight to your bs96 wallet balance. Check the Transaction History tab to see the updated entry.
REQUESTING A PAYOUT
Withdrawing from Your bs96 Wallet
Payouts on bs96 follow a structured path designed to make sure funds reach the right wallet without error. The Withdraw tab lives alongside the Deposit tab inside your Cashier. The payout methods shown there correspond to the wallets you have previously used to fund the account — Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay are listed if those were your deposit routes. We do not send payouts to a wallet that has never been used for a deposit on the same account; this step is a deliberate match to protect your funds. Before your first withdrawal is released, account verification must be complete — the KYC section below explains what that involves.
Open the Withdraw Tab
From your account dashboard, go to Cashier and select Withdraw. The methods available to you are listed there based on your deposit history on this account.
Choose Payout Method and Amount
Select Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay or whichever method is shown as eligible. Enter the amount within the limits displayed on that screen, then proceed.
Complete Verification if Required
If your account verification is not yet complete, the system will prompt you at this step. Upload the requested document and resubmit — the withdrawal request is held until verification clears.
Save Your Reference Number
After submitting, a reference number is generated for that withdrawal. Note it down. If the payout status stays pending beyond the window shown at submission, contact Help with that reference.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION
Verifying Your bs96 Account Before First Payout
Account verification is a one-time step that we require before releasing your first withdrawal. It connects your registered name to a real Malaysian identity document, so your balance can only leave through a wallet that belongs to the same person. The process runs inside your account under the Verify section of Settings. Upload a clear image of your MyKad or passport — both sides if prompted. We review submissions in the order they arrive; the current status of your submission is shown in that same Verify screen. Once approved, the status updates to Verified and your withdrawal requests can be processed without the hold. You do not need to re-verify unless your registered details change.
Go to Account Settings
After login, open Settings and select the Verify tab. The document types we accept and the upload fields are all shown there.
Upload Your Identity Document
Submit a clear image of your MyKad or passport. Both sides may be required. Blurred or cropped images will be returned for resubmission, which delays the clearance.
Wait for Status Update
The Verify screen shows your submission status in real time. You do not need to contact support while status shows Under Review — only if it remains in that state past the timeframe noted on that screen.
Verification Approved
Once the status shows Verified, your account is cleared for withdrawals. This approved status carries forward to all future payout requests on the same account.
ACTIVE PAYMENT METHODS
Payment Routes Available in Your bs96 Cashier
The methods below are the active payment routes in the bs96 Cashier for Malaysia account holders. Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay cover in-app wallet deposits and payouts. FPX connects your account to Malaysian online banking for direct bank transfers. Availability for each method depends on local law and eligible regions — the Cashier always shows what is active for your account at that point in time.
Touch 'n Go eWallet
Primary deposit and payout wallet for Malaysia. Redirect flow from the bs96 Cashier to the app; no manual entry of bank details required
GrabPay
Alternative wallet route for Malaysia account holders already using GrabPay. Same redirect pattern as Touch 'n Go eWallet — select, confirm in app, balance updates.
FPX Online Banking
Bank-direct funding via the standard FPX gateway. Covers the major Malaysian banks listed on the FPX screen at time of deposit; no third-party wallet app needed.
TRANSACTION MATCHING
Matching Your Wallet Record to Your bs96 Balance
Every deposit and withdrawal on bs96 generates two records: one on the wallet or bank side, and one inside your bs96 Transaction History. Matching these two is the fastest way to resolve any query about a missing credit or a payout that has not arrived. The Transaction History tab under your account shows the date, method, amount and a status label for every transaction. Compare the reference number shown there against the reference in your Touch 'n Go eWallet or GrabPay transaction detail. If both sides show a completed status but your bs96 balance has not moved, that matched reference is exactly what our support team needs to trace the transaction.
Transaction Reference Number
Each transaction on bs96 carries a unique reference. Copy this from your Transaction History and compare it against the corresponding entry in your Touch 'n Go eWallet or GrabPay history to confirm they match.
Status Labels Explained
Transaction History shows four status states: Pending, Processing, Completed and Failed. A Completed status on the bs96 side means the balance has moved; a Pending or Processing status means the action is still in the queue.
Account History Tab
The Transaction History tab under your account profile is the permanent record of all activity on your bs96 wallet. Filter by date range or method to narrow down a specific deposit or withdrawal entry.
Evidence to Keep
Before contacting support about a delayed transaction, screenshot the entry in your Touch 'n Go eWallet or GrabPay app showing the reference, amount, date and status. This is the evidence that lets us trace the transaction without delay.
COMMON BANKING QUESTIONS
bs96 Banking: Questions We Hear Most Often
The questions below cover the banking steps our Malaysia account holders ask about most — from deposit methods to what happens when a transaction does not clear as expected. If your question is not here, open the Help channel in your account and quote your transaction reference.
Which deposit method should I use on bs96 if I want the most straightforward flow?
Touch 'n Go eWallet is the most direct path — select it in the Cashier, confirm the redirect in the app, and the credit appears in your bs96 balance once the wallet side confirms.
Can I withdraw to GrabPay even if I deposited using Touch 'n Go eWallet?
Payout methods are matched to your deposit history on the same account. If you have deposited via GrabPay at least once, it should appear as a withdrawal option. The Withdraw tab shows what is currently eligible for your account.
What is the minimum deposit amount on bs96?
The minimum is shown live in the Cashier at the time you select a method. We do not publish a fixed number here because it can vary by payment method and account status — check the Cashier screen for the current figure.
My deposit shows Completed in Touch 'n Go eWallet but my bs96 balance has not updated. What do I do?
Open Transaction History in your bs96 account and check the status shown there. If it still shows Pending after the window noted on your confirmation screen, contact Help and share the transaction reference number and amount
How long does account verification take after I submit my MyKad?
The current status of your submission is shown in the Verify screen under Settings. We process submissions in order. We do not publish a fixed duration — if status stays on Under Review past the timeframe noted on that screen, contact the Help channel.
What happens if my withdrawal is rejected after I submit it?
A rejection shows in your Transaction History with a Failed status and a short reason note. Common causes are an unverified account or a mismatched wallet name. Resolve the flagged issue and resubmit — the Withdraw tab guides you through the required step.
